Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed

The Controller processes personal data that you provide via the contact form, e-mail, or other communication.
The Controller mainly processes identification and contact data (name, e-mail, phone number, and any other information provided in the form or message).

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Your request for contact or response to an inquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract),
  • The Controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and keeping a record of inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • The Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website through necessary cookies under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • Your consent to the processing of analytical and marketing cookies, especially via Google Analytics, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
  • Your consent in case of voluntary newsletter subscription (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR + § 7(2) Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).

The purposes of processing are:

  • Responding to your message, preparing an offer, or communicating regarding cooperation,
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the website,
  • Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to improve content and services, especially via Google Analytics,
  • Sending newsletters, if you have given consent.

The Controller does not perform automated individual decision-making or profiling.

IV. Retention Period

The Controller retains personal data:

  • For the period necessary to respond to inquiries and subsequent communication, up to a maximum of 3 years from the last contact,
  • For the duration of consent for the newsletter, up to 5 years, or until withdrawal of consent.

After these periods, the data will be deleted.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Processors)

Recipients of personal data include:

  • The web hosting and e-mail service provider,
  • The website administrator,
  • Newsletter provider (Ecomail),
  • Analytics tool providers (e.g., Google LLC).

Some services may be located outside the EU. In such cases, data transfer is secured through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional technical measures.

VI. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15),
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16),
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17),
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
  • Right to object (Art. 21),
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20),

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VII. Security of Personal Data

The Controller takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
Technical measures include, in particular, securing data storage and communications.
Access to personal data is granted only to persons authorized by the Controller.

VIII. Final Provisions

By submitting a message via the contact form, you confirm that you have read and understood these personal data protection terms.
The Controller may update these terms. The new version will be published on the website. Significant changes will be communicated on the website or by e-mail.
This document comes into effect on January 20, 2026.
